South Australia: Thank you for our fifth year ADHD Conference 💜
Our fifth South Australia ADHD Conference filled the Adelaide Convention Centre from front to back. Six speakers, a buzzing exhibitor space, our Spirited Local Hero Daniel Lloyd and one very famous sloth. Here's a look back at the day. 💜
On 19 September, our South Australia ADHD Conference 2026 brought the neurodivergent community together at the Adelaide Convention Centre in the fifth year and seeing that room filled from front to back was something pretty special.
Six sessions. Workbooks open. Notes everywhere. Conversations carrying on through the breaks. And plenty of those “OHHH… THAT explains a lot!” moments.
Six speakers, so many AHA moments...
Our SA stage brought together Dr Siobhan Lamb, Kate Donohue, Sandy Booysen, Michelle Lewis, Sarah Hoff and Dr Aleem Khan, covering everything from supporting neurodivergent young people and multi-neurodivergence to gut health, ADHD self-awareness, stress regulation and lifelong ADHD care.
A huge thank you to every speaker for bringing your knowledge, lived experience and practical ideas into the room and to Michelle Lewis, who also kept us connected and laughing as our wonderful host. 💜
The good stuff happened off-stage too
Because an ADHD conference isn’t only about sitting and listening.
Between sessions, our exhibitor space was buzzing with people chatting, discovering new resources, playing with fidgets, asking questions and finding supports they might not have known were out there.

We also celebrated Daniel Lloyd from Inside Out Coaching & Consultancy Collective, our South Australia Spirited Local Hero 2026.
Daniel was nominated by his own community for the way he advocates, listens and shows up for others, exactly the kind of quiet, meaningful impact we created Spirited Local Hero to celebrate.
And yes… Sloth became a celebrity 🦥
Our TAG & WIN Photo Competition brought a little extra chaos to the day, with attendees sharing their conference moments for the chance to take home our Mystery Spark Bundle + Sloth.
And judging by our tagged posts… Sloth may have enjoyed the attention a little too much. 😂
