At 10:00am, our MC will officially open the conference and introduce the first speaker, setting the tone for a day filled with learning, inspiration, and meaningful connection.
Whether you are seeking professional development, personal insight, or practical strategies, the 2026 Online Australia ADHD Conference offers a unique opportunity to learn from leading voices in the ADHD community and be part of an engaging and supportive experience.
The Conference will be a highly valuable and informative day for parents, educators, professionals, family members and friends of an individual with ADHD or suspected ADHD.

Meet Our Expert Speakers
Karise McNamee
AuDHD Counselling Social Worker
Karise is an AuDHD Counselling Social Worker, Researcher, and the founder of Paths with Purpose – an Australia-wide online counselling practice dedicated to supporting ADHD and AuDHD females.
With over 12 years of experience in trauma informed and neurodiversity-affirming mental health practice, Karise brings a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and personal insight to her work.
Karise is an Associate Member of the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association, a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers Ethics Council and a Charles Sturt University academic. She is passionate about being at the forefront of research and best-practice for neurodivergence in women in an authentic and compassionate way. As such, she is currently completing her PhD research in the area of late-diagnosed ADHD women.
Karise’s passion for understanding and supporting the distinct needs of neurodivergence drives her continuous professional development and advocacy efforts. She travels extensively throughout Australia, partnering with organizations, service providers, and workplaces to create more inclusive neurodiversity-affirming spaces that support people to thrive in their daily environments.
Mel Phillips

Mel Phillips is the creator of Wonderfully Made World, a story-driven resource that helps children with ADHD feel seen, understood, and proud of who they are.
Through engaging narratives, practical tools, and an empowering strengths-based approach, Mel equips schools, families, and pastoral care workers to build emotional literacy, confidence, and belonging.
Mel Phillips is an author, speaker, and ADHD advocate with lived experience as both a neurodivergent adult and parent. She is the creator of Wonderfully Made World (WMW), a story‑driven children’s book series designed to help children with ADHD feel seen, understood, and confident in who they are.
Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Mel brings a compassionate, strengths‑based perspective to conversations around neurodiversity, emotional regulation, identity, and belonging. Her work bridges storytelling, education, and wellbeing offering practical tools for children, families, educators, and chaplains to support neurodivergent kids without shame or stigma.
Mel works across schools, communities, and professional spaces, delivering author visits, parent talks, and professional development sessions. Her heart is to help every child discover their value and to create communities where difference is understood, supported, and celebrated.
Zoe Horner is a paediatric occupational therapist, keynote speaker, author, and founder of Little Treasures Therapy in Perth, Western Australia.
Diagnosed with ADHD at age 13, Zoe brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to her work with neurodivergent children and families. Having grown up navigating anxiety, masking, and the pressure to fit within systems that did not always understand her nervous system, Zoe is passionate about helping children feel safe, understood, capable, and connected.
Since graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2015, Zoe has special interests in supporting children with ADHD, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, and similar developmental needs.
Her work integrates sensory processing, nervous system safety, environmental adaptation, family-centred support, and safe capacity building.
Zoe helps families and educators reduce unnecessary overwhelm while gradually building a child’s confidence, resilience, participation, and ability to meet life’s demands.
Zoe believes every child has treasure within them, and the future of support lies in creating the right fit between the child, their environment, and the meaningful tasks that help them learn, connect, and thrive.
Tina Mathams
Author | Accountant
Tina Mathams is an Accountant and money educator specialising in ADHD-informed approaches to personal finance. Her work integrates principles of nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, and identity-based principles to support sustainable financial management in neurodivergent adults.
Drawing on both professional practice and lived experience, Tina wrote ADHD Money, which explores practical and compassionate strategies for managing money with ADHD.

We have worked to keep ticket prices as affordable as possible and are therefore unable to offer discounted rates. However, complimentary entry is available to those who volunteer with us. In exchange for their assistance on the day, volunteers receive free entry, a certificate of attendance, and a workbook. Please email us if you would like to enquire about volunteering.
